No-bake lactation protein balls
Need to boost your milk supply and your energy as a new Mom? These delicious no-bake lactation protein balls are just what you need!
As a new Mom, one of my many goals is to be able to breastfeed my baby for a minimum of six months up to a year, God willing. I looked up ways to increase milk supply and found a few common ingredients-brewers yeast, flaxseed, and rolled oats. It’s also important to me that I am consuming protein while I start to build up my workout routine again. So, I like to add in my favorite vegan peanut butter protein powder.
I love snacking on these healthy lactation protein balls and I’ve noticed a difference in my milk supply when I do!
Like my Amaze Balls, this recipe requires no baking! I make these in 10 minutes or less and let them sit in the freezer for at least 20-30 minutes before I indulge!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons brewers yeast
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup honey or option to use 1/2 agave nectar
1 cup almond butter or options to use peanut butter
